"They're tossing the cells!"

Alright. Here's the deal. Vi har lagt till låtar som "Stormy weather", "You made me walk this way" och "It's just not enough" till repertoaren.

Sorry for not posting any news for a while. We've all been busy maintaining our pathetic excuses for lives. Now it's summer again and we're trying to soak in as much sun to last us through next winter. Since last post in december we have rehearsed TWICE which is kind of horrible. Are we even a band still? Yes we are. Our songs are now award-winning songs. They have as of yet amassed a microphone and a PreAmp (SSL). Way cool. Our new demo has taken 2 years to complete and it's not done yet. We have three or four more songs we need to record first. Some of us are working hard during the summer. Others are hanging out in bars. Midsummer in two days. Half the band is partying in Fiskebäckskil.

We are in the middle of a recording session. It's coming out pretty good. Lately we have been recording at Jespers home. Our beloved studiomaster has neither time nor will to put up with all our shenanigans. But a long time ago we recorded stuff at Casa de la Studiomaster and there are two songs that we have not put out yet. Since we don't know really what to do with them we figured we might as well just put 'em up here. So head on over to the songs section and download Millipedes & Junebugs and Hide & Seek. Don't forget to eat lots of gingersnaps during the holidays. They make you kind and joyful.

"PC Load letter, what the fuck?"

"Same as me" has also been recorded now. We also took time to have some fun and recorded a "hidden track" for the new EP. This weekend we might begin the studio building. But I've said that before and it didn't happen so who knows? In other news: Our frinds at The Front for the Liberation of Garden Gnomes have struck again. We congratulate them on their latest caper and applaud them loudly (in the kitchen?) Read about their success here: USA Today

This weeks' song is "Road to Joy" by Bright Eyes on account of these lyrics: "So when you're asked to fight a war that's over nothing. It's best to join the side that's gonna win. And no-one is sure how all of this got started. But we're gonna make them got damn certain how it's gonna end."
Don't forget. Satan loves you.

“Super Hiro!!!"

1 November 2006

We have recorded three new songs this weekend at Blue Town Studios. We intend on recording at least two more next weekend. This will later become our third (and highly anticipated) EP/Demo. The working title of the EP is "Sessions at Sunflower Street" (Although Jesper thinks we should simply call it "Christmas Songs" which is a bit weird for a bunch of summersongs). The songs we have recorded are called "Fizzle" (it's really hard to explain why it's called Fizzle, mainly due to the fact that... I simply have no idea why.), "The Sun is not your enemy" and a third song which is a balad and as of yet is untitled.

Hey kids. This is a bullshit message. I just want to change the song of the month. "Always and never" by Coheed & Cambria is very good indeed but I have recently found a really great band. They're called Rouge Wave. They have a song called "Kicked the heart out" which is absolutely fantastic. Other great songs from the Sub Pop based band is "Bird on a Wire", "Love's Lost Guarantee" and "California". This weekend we will start to build our studio. So damn cool. I'm personally gonna put up some cool posters from movie posters as mood setters (maybe "Vertigo", "Attack of the 50 ft. woman" or "The graduate". We'll see.) Anyway. Have a good weekend and don't forget to say your prayers.

28 September 2006

We have begun planning to take over the world one step at the time. First step. Build a studio of our own. We're going back to our roots. Putting it in reverse (pun intended). So. That might take a couple of months. Hopefully quicker. And then another couple of months to record bitchin new material. That means. Next summer will be the earliest time for when all the buffalo songs not already recorded will see the light of day (Shit yeah I can craft a sentence). "Millipedes & Junebugs" will however probably be released earlier. We only need to make minor changes. And it might be possible to release "Fizzle", which is our next hit song written by Jazzy Japi the maestro, before the studio is even built. Yeah whatever. You bitches probably don't care. Why the hell do I make the time to write this fucking shit? Heeellllooooooooo! Is anybody really reading this? Eat my shorts you you scrawny-ass dipshits. I hate your guts. No i don't. I don't know. Anyway. Song of the month is "Always and never" by Coheed & Cambria.

“Forget it, Jake. It's Chinatown!”

27 August 2006

Some progess. We recorded a song called "Millipedes and Junebugs" at Oskar Bråne Studios. When it's mixed properly will put it up for y'all. New recordings might take place during the fall at Jespers home. If time and good fortune allows. Keep it real, kids!

“Remind me, we’ll send him a red cap and a speedo!”

08 June 2006

The new website is up. It took Jesper like three fucking months to finish it. But in the end he did a really good job. On the bottom of the page is our jukebox. Play it. We also have a “blogg” and a variety of pictures.

We’ll hopefully go and visit friend/brother Oskar Bråne soon and steal his time and studio. Then finally you might be able to hear what we’ve up to the last year. Heck yeah. You will hear songs like “Fizzle”, “Wait for the Summer”, “Just fall”, “The sun is not your enemy”, “Same as me” and “Hide & Seek” (This song is already up on the Buffalo Jukebox). They’re all gonna blow you away! Guaranteed! Seriously, we aint talking jive! You got to sass it, turkey!
